Ingredients
Serves: 2 to 3- 100g of Gateway Foods Oat Flour
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil or any oil of your choice
Instructions
- Use a blender to combine the oat flour, peeled banana and eggs.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth to your taste. Allow upto 15 minutes for the mixture to stand and cuddle.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil (or any oil of your choice) in a non stick frying pan and heat from slow to medium.
- Fry spoonfuls of the mixture until golden brown on both sides
- Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit of your choice
