Oat Flat Bread

It does not get any simpler than this! This oat flour flatbread and chips recipe requires only two ingredients: oat flour and milk (dairy or non-diary). No yeast required! It’s so easy, you’ll be amazed.

Instructions for flatbread

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and the milk. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  2. Add the salt and optional spices and mix.
  3. Spray a small pan with oil of choice and pour the mixture into it. Spread the mixture before turning on the heat.
  4. Cook the mixture as you would a pancake for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and let it cool before serving.

Instructions for chips

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and the milk. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  2. Add the salt and optional spices and mix.
  3. Spray a flat baking pan with oil of choice and pour the mixture into it. Spread the mixture on the pan.
  4. Bake at 220°C for 12 minutes.
