Instructions for flatbread
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and the milk. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Add the salt and optional spices and mix.
- Spray a small pan with oil of choice and pour the mixture into it. Spread the mixture before turning on the heat.
- Cook the mixture as you would a pancake for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool before serving.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and the milk. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Add the salt and optional spices and mix.
- Spray a flat baking pan with oil of choice and pour the mixture into it. Spread the mixture on the pan.
- Bake at 220°C for 12 minutes.
