Oat Pancakes

Instructions

  1. Use a blender to combine the oat flour, peeled banana and eggs.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth to your taste. Allow upto 15 minutes for the mixture to stand and cuddle.
  3. Add ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil (or any oil of your choice) in a non stick frying pan and heat from slow to medium.
  4. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture until golden brown on both sides
  5. Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit of your choice
